Refund Policy

  1. Refunds

We understand that things come up and schedules can change. If you need to cancel a dog walking or boarding reservation, please give us at least 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 2 days of the reservation, we will refund 100% of the total reservation cost. However, if you cancel within 7 days of the reservation or fail to show up for the reservation, no refund will be issued.

For training services, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the training services we provide, please let us know within 5 days of the completion of the training program, and we will work with you to resolve any issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will refund 50% of the total cost of the training program.

  1. Cancellation

If you need to cancel a reservation or training session, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, if you fail to cancel a reservation or training session in a timely manner, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  1. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a reservation or training session, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.

  1. No Shows

If you fail to show up for a reservation or training session without giving us prior notice, you will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling.

  1. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to make changes to our dog walking, boarding, and training services at any time, including changes to pricing, schedules, and availability. We will make every effort to inform you of any changes that may affect your reservation or training program.

  1. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur while your dog is in our care. We recommend that all dogs be up-to-date on their vaccinations and have flea and tick prevention before using our services.
